Orders will be processed Monday through Friday. Above Rubies Boutique does not ship on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
Changes can only be made within thirty (30) minutes after placing an order by emailing help@aboverubiesbotique.com. Subject line must read “Order Change Request”.
Expect an email from us after placing your order. Emails may also be sent if additional information is needed to process your order.
Above Rubies Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
All deliveries are pending approval of merchandise availability.
Processing orders can take up to three (3) business days. Delivery can be expected between five (5) business days unless premium shipping is requested. Some remote addresses may require additional time for delivery. Please note that whatever delivery option you chose, there may be a delay in shipping due to the COVID-19 pandemic. You will be contacted if there is a delay.
Shipping costs are based on the standard rate of $8.95.
Above Rubies Boutique offers premium shipping options starting at $18.95. Premium shipping is not available to P.O. boxes, U.S. territories or possessions, and some U.S. rural areas or international addresses.
A signature may be required for deliveries over $100.00 and standard shipping is free for orders over $150.00.
In the event that your package is returned back to us as undeliverable, a 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, Above Rubies Boutique will gladly accept returns within seven (7) days of the original purchase date in the continental United States or thirty (30) days of the original purchase date for international orders.
Please note that clearance and final sale items are excluded.
Returns are store credit only, not including shipping or handling fees. For your convenience, Above Rubies Boutique can issue a return label, via email, to attach to the outside of your return parcel. If you choose a return label, $8.95 (the standard shipping cost) will be deducted from your store credit.
Returns will not be accepted after ten (7) days and will be returned at your expense.
All return merchandise MUST be in new and unused condition, in its original packaging, with hang tags attached and intact. We reserve the right to refuse merchandise that shows sign of usage (i.e., perfume odor, deodorant marks, visible stains, etc.) and will be returned at your expense without refund.
Returns will be processed within fourteen (14) business days from the day we receive your returned package.
Above Rubies Boutique does not reimburse Customs, Duties and/or Tariffs paid on international orders.

RETURN MERCHANDISE RESTRICTIONS
Clearance and final sale items are not eligible for returns. No exceptions.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR MERCHANDISE
To ensure the speedy processing of your return:
Complete the “Reason to Return” form. Please remember to include the reason for return by checking one of the boxes listed.
Wrap your item carefully in a box or polymailer, and don’t forget to include the “Reason to Return” form.
Above Rubies Boutique recommends ensuring your package and sending it via a traceable carrier.
If you request a shipping label from Above Rubies Boutique, a flat rate of $8.95 will be debited from your return total.
Please email help@aboverubiesboutique.com to request a return label, if needed. Ship your return to Above Rubies Boutique Returns, 41000 Woodward Avenue, East Building, Suite 350, Bloomfield Hills, MI 48304. You will be notified by email when your credit has been processed. Please allow fourteen (14) days for credit to be processed.
